The mix
+ 40ml – Bramble & Apple Pie Gin Liqueur
+ 20ml – Original Larrikin Gin
+ 50ml – apple juice
+ Top up with Ginger Beer
+ 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
+ sugar syrup and cinnamon sugar for the rim
The make
• Dip the rim of the glass in sugar syrup and in the cinnamon sugar
• Place all ingredients except the Ginger Beer in a Boston shaker
• Shake with ice
• Strain in a lowball glass and top up with ginger beer
• Add garnish
