The mix
+ 30ml Sunburnt Country Gin
+ 60ml mango puree
+ 15ml lime syrup
+ 45ml lime juice
+ Dash of lime
+ 135ml soda (approx)
+ Garnish with a stick of mango
The make
• Take a tall glass and combine gin, mango puree, lime juice and lime syrup. Stir well.
- Add small ice to about ½ the glass then top with soda. Stir well to blend and garnish with a stick of mango, cut and wedged onto the glass.
